Karen Cassidy, M.E.D. will lead FREE classes. She'll help you learn healthy ways to find balance in your daily diet. You'll also explore strategies to avoid food addiction and any other unhealthy food dependencies.

Cooking With Mrs. Hall
At 1:00 p.m.
Ages 5-7

July 23:
Help Mrs. Hall make ice cream in ziploc bags. Then you'll get to enjoy it!

July 30:
Mrs. Hall will read us Little Red Hen, and then we'll make "pizzas" (cookies, red frosting, and toppings).

In the Woods: Who's Been Here
Thursday, July 31 at 10:30 a.m.
Ages 4-6

We'll listen to the story In the Woods: Who's Been Here, and then explore mysterious finds from nature. We'll also make a nature journal to continue our exploration of the mysteries of nature. Presented by The Connecticut DEEP.
